#018, in which Danny-boy hoofs some glue

We come to the final story in BLUE BEETLE #2, and it's another racketeering job. What's better than a winning horse? How about stealing the horse so that the betting odds change,changing it's name, and entering it into the race with astronomical payoff odds!All the hallmarks of a typical day in the life of BB are here: gangsters, BB getting clobbered on the noggin, Mannigan bumbling through the case, BB goading the crooks with banter that basically calls them imbeciles....in other words a by-now classic BB story format.
